- 12 sheets of lasagna noodles
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumb topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large pan, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan; cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Gently fold in the crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with Alfredo sauce to prevent sticking.
- Begin layering: Start with a layer of noodles, then spread a portion of the cheese mixture over them, followed by the seafood mixture and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce. Repeat the layers until you have three completed, ending with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs over the top. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the lasagna is bubbling and golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. For a touch of elegance, garnish with chopped parsley.

Be careful not to overmix the ricotta mixture for a lovely texture. Adjust the cooking time based on your oven; check for doneness by ensuring it is bubbly and golden.
