A quick and delicious meal featuring tender slices of beef and hearty udon noodles in a savory black pepper sauce.

- 200g beef (sliced)
- 200g udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green onion (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate the sliced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper into the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing gently to ensure everything is well coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan with a bit of water to steam and soften the noodles.
