Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g beef (sliced)
  • 200g udon noodles
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green onion (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the sliced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper into the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing gently to ensure everything is well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan with a bit of water to steam and soften the noodles.
