Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g udon noodles
  • 300g beef (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  5. Toss in the sliced onion and bell pepper, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Gently add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, mixing well until everything is heated through and well combined.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For added crunch, consider adding roasted peanuts or switch to tofu for a vegan option.
