- 300g beef (sliced thinly)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced onion and bell pepper, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, mixing well until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For added crunch, consider adding roasted peanuts or switch to tofu for a vegan option.
