Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bagel chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon, red onion, and capers.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with bagel chips or your favorite crackers, and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It doesn’t freeze well.
