- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chipotle powder

Instructions
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F), then slice it into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, sweet corn, chopped romaine, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add the grilled chicken strips on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with the smoky chipotle-lime dressing before serving.
