Crispy eggrolls filled with turkey bacon, jalapeños, and cream cheese, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

- 6 eggroll wrappers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface, and place approximately 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture near one corner of the wrapper.
- Fold the corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the other two sides tightly, and roll it up from the corner.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls in batches until they turn golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftover eggrolls in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
