Description

Crispy eggrolls filled with turkey bacon, jalapeños, and cream cheese, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface, and place approximately 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture near one corner of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the other two sides tightly, and roll it up from the corner.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the eggrolls in batches until they turn golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftover eggrolls in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
