A refreshing and vibrant watermelon punch with soju, perfect for summer gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 medium seedless watermelon (about 8–12 pounds), scooped into balls or cubed
- 1 bottle (350–375 ml) soju
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (optional)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1–2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Chill all liquid ingredients and the watermelon in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before assembling.
- Scoop watermelon into balls or cube it and place it into a large serving bowl or hollowed watermelon shell.
- Add lemon slices and mint leaves to the bowl, tucking them among the watermelon.
- Pour in the soju and stir gently to combine.
- Add the lemon-lime soda and the sweetened condensed milk (if using), stirring gently.
- Add ice cubes just before serving.
- Ladle into individual cups and garnish as desired.
Notes
For a lighter punch, omit sweetened condensed milk. If using a hollowed watermelon, ensure a flat base for stability.
